About The Position
We are BMW of Columbia, part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in retail sales and service. We are growing and looking for a talented and motivated Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The right candidate will help our growing service business drive customer loyalty, by providing exceptional customer experience to each and every client. Our Service Advisor/Consultant should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day. This role includes a guaranteed compensation of $6,000 per month for the first three months. In addition to superior compensation, we offer the following Benefits... Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor Experience Required.
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver's license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
