We’re looking for a Service Advisor who’s passionate about helping people and ready to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales in the Automotive Industry
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs
• Recommend services and parts with confidence
• Coordinate vehicle workflow with technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Build estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Ensure timely updates and vehicle readiness
• Perform road tests as needed
• Support shop operations with flexibility and teamwork
