High School Diploma or GED required ? Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR ? 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role) ? 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead ? Strong communication and customer service skills ? Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude ? Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Location 15113 S. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
- 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience (or closely related role)
- 1+ year of sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and lead
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver a pleasant and memorable customer experience at every interaction
- Greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and prepare service estimates
- Recommend services with confidence and integrity

- Coordinate vehicle workflow with technicians
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Build estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Ensure timely updates and vehicle readiness
- Perform road tests as needed
- Support shop operations with flexibility and teamwork
