Service Advisor Ryan Family Dealerships Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and calmly explaining why a “quick noise” might take a little longer than expected? Perfect. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers, schedules, and repair orders—with a sense of humor. What You’ll Do: Greet customers like you’re genuinely glad they showed up Translate “car noises” into actionable service recommendations Keep customers informed while using plain English Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile) Automotive or service experience is a plus, but people skills matter most A sense of humor—you’ll need it, and so will the customers Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities) WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive compensation ($4000-$10000 monthly) Paid Medical Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Options Paid Vacation/Holiday/Sick 401(K) Fun and Rewarding work environment Advancement opportunities (more than 70% of our management was promoted from within) SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM, Saturdays (Rotating) 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
