Group 1 GMC Southwest is looking to add a Service Advisor to join our GMC team. We’re not just a service center — we are a team that values top-quality work, strong relationships, and a shared passion for the automotive world. As part of Group 1 Automotive, a leader in the automotive retail, a fortune 250 company that owns and operates automotive dealerships and collision centers in the United State and United Kingdom.
Must be available to work weekends

Requirements

• Customer-facing sales experience required (retail, outside sales, or hospitality/server experience acceptable).
• Attention to Detail
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must Have a Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Prior Service Advisor Experience is a Plus!
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD Experience Preferred
• Product Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
