About The Position

We are growing and looking for Quality Automotive Service Technicians, from Experienced Flag Techs to Entry Level to join our Quality Buick GMC Dealership! Our Service Technicians are passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, an enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees. We have the largest volume GMC dealership in the state of TEXAS and we have huge service department with over 40 Technicians and we are growing with 100 plus Repair orders daily. Requirements

1+ year of dealership experience or formal automotive training/education required
Diagnostic and mechanical skills
Tool proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

ASE or Manufacture Certifications are a plus!

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
