Subaru Santa Monica is now hiring Automotive Service Advisors. While prior experience is preferred (two years or more), we are open to considering motivated candidates with strong customer service skills and an interest in growing within the automotive service industry. The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exemplary experience for the service customer by providing a prompt and friendly greeting, listening to their description of problems or services needed, preparing repair orders and being proactive, accurate and thorough in communication. The Service Advisors serves as a liaison between customer and technician ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the recommended service and/or repairs are understood by the customer.
