What You’ll Do Greet customers and guide them through the service process from write-up to delivery. Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines. Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. Provide proactive updates and set clear expectations with customers. Review completed repairs, explain invoices, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Consistently meet or exceed CSI and productivity goals. What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics) Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Achieve effective labor hours (ELH) and sales targets. Demonstrate consistent repair order accuracy and minimal comebacks. Build repeat business through trust, follow-up, and professionalism. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus).. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Basic automotive knowledge and a desire to keep learning. Valid driver’s license and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
