About The Position

Shelor Motor Mile is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Automotive Sales & Service Digital Support Specialist to manage and enhance our dealership’s digital presence. This role bridges marketing, customer engagement, and operational support, helping drive sales and service growth through effective online platforms and data-driven campaigns.

Requirements

Experience with website management (CMS platforms preferred)
Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation
Working knowledge of CRM and DMS systems in an automotive or similar environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Automotive industry experience
Graphic design or content creation abilities
Experience managing online reviews and reputation

Responsibilities

Maintain and update dealership website content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and SEO optimization
Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms to promote inventory, service specials, and events
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business), including updates, reviews, photos, and posts
Develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns using CRM and DMS systems
Support sales and service teams with digital tools, lead management, and customer communication strategies
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
