Requirements

  • High-energy, enthusiastic, and motivated throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and professional, with the ability to handle objections confidently
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven or demonstrated sales aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and solution-oriented during the sales process
  • Comfortable with basic business math, including percentages
  • Ability to learn and utilize Microsoft Office and proprietary sales systems
  • Competitive, persistent, and driven with a strong work ethic
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to long-term relationships

Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot and throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs using current inventory tools
  • Professionally demonstrate vehicle features and benefits on the lot
  • Support customers through the completion of credit and purchase applications
  • Inspect lot vehicles daily and report issues to management
  • Assist management in ensuring proper merchandising to maximize sales performance
