Requirements

  • Prior sales experience, with a preference for automotive sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance.
  • Self-driven with a strong motivation for success.
  • Desire to become an expert in the product offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and meet insurability guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle through attentive questioning and listening.
  • Develop nurturing relationships to create a strong client base.
  • Expertise in product offerings, optional packages, latest technologies, and conducting professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Acquire skills to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Provide direct reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
