We’re looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates / Product Specialists to join our team. Prior auto sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide professional sales training to help you succeed. Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a competitive spirit
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and professional dealership experience
  • Help customers find the right new Hyundai or pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs
  • Present and demonstrate product features, technology, and performance benefits
  • Guide customers through the entire car buying process —test drives, financing options, trade-ins, and closing deals
  • Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Stay up to date on Hyundai product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
