About The Position
Tonkin Gresham Honda is building a new team to help support their large work demand. We are pursuing Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants for immediate hire on our Sales Team! Our dealership is full of employees who have been in the industry for decades and our management team is incredibly supportive and embraces promoting from within. The Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant is a high-energy and highly fulfilling position. Your ability to establish long-term relationships with our clients while chasing down new leads drives our Sales Department. You would be spending the majority of your time assisting our clients and helping them through the buying process. The ideal Car Sales Representative/Consultant is going to be motivated by results and happy to help others.
Requirements
- Driver’s License.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Automotive sales experience is NOT required.
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
