Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- 1-3 years of automotive sales is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, inventory tools, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive and inclusive sales experience.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, financing options, and promotions.
- Accurately complete all sales paperwork, documentation, and processes in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, dealership training, and manufacturer programs.
- Proactively generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities through phone, email, and in-person communication.
