Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Individuals with backgrounds in food service, retail, or hospitality often excel in this role
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for helping people
  • Comfortable working with technology, including CRMs and basic computer tools
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule during the week
