Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and inventory is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate the features of Volkswagen vehicles effectively.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
