About The Position

CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg is seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales team at Toyota of Martinsburg. This role is designed for experienced automotive sales leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career, drive performance, and develop a winning team culture. This is not an entry-level leadership role. We are looking for a manager with a strong track record of results, team development, and operational excellence in a dealership environment. As a Sales Manager at CMA's Toyota of Martinsburg, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Drive sales performance, gross profit, and customer satisfaction Execute and improve sales processes, training, and accountability Partner with upper management on strategy, forecasting, and growth Maintain strong standards for professionalism, compliance, and culture Motivate the team through goal setting, performance management, and recognition

Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience required
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales volume and developing people
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Customer-focused and process-oriented
  • Motivated leader looking to advance within a strong organization
  • Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
  • Valid Driver's License
