Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales department
- Work the sales desk to structure deals and support the sales team
- Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and process execution
- Promote and enforce dealership sales and follow-up processes
- Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and gross objectives
- Improve customer-to-dealer interactions both in-store and digitally
- Foster a positive, solutions-first culture
