While previous automotive/sales experience is nice to have, we only require that you're interested in being a team player who wants to have a positive impact on our customer's car buying experience.

Requirements

Amazing at overcoming obstacles and closing sales
Outstanding ability to communicate with customers, coworkers and vendors
Effective use of time management, including the ability to handle multiple competing tasks
Active problem-solver: You foresee potential issues and react accordingly to avoid issues
Ability to ethically negotiate with customers, keeping everyone's best interests in mind
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
Well-kept and professional appearance! (Tattoos and well-maintained facial hair are great, wrinkled/dirty clothes aren't)

Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various channels including in-person, text messaging, phone calls, and email
Maintain process/product knowledge by completing training assigned by management
Manage your sales process from start to finish, including paperwork and coordination with other departments like Finance
Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
