Located in Boise, Idaho, Blue Gander Window Cleaning is a leader in residential and commercial window cleaning across the Treasure Valley. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing company! This key role is responsible for owning the entire customer lifecycle from lead to loyalty, ensuring 100% responsiveness and optimal schedule density. Responsibilities

  • Own all incoming customer communication (calls, emails, and texts), striving for zero missed calls during business hours.
  • Manage the estimate-to-booking process, including pricing jobs/services, creating estimates, and following up on open proposals to maximize closing rates.
  • Strategically book and coordinate services in Housecall Pro (HCP) to minimize technician drive time and maximize "wrench time."
  • Manage the customer feedback loop (Surveys/Reviews) and resolve "Relational" callbacks (unhappy customers who don't need a redo, just an apology/adjustment).
  • Execute service plan follow-ups and marketing campaigns to proactively fill gaps in the schedule.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Take on new tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
