About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering world-class service that exceeds corporate customer service standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient order processing, issue resolution, and communication across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and other related systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to understand and apply product knowledge in support of internal and external customers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams including Sales Managers, Account Managers, and plant/office staff
  • Accurately enter and maintain sales orders and new customer account information
  • Investigate and resolve customer, order processing, and billing-related issues using sound problem-solving skills
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
