Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, and market trends a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
Negotiate sales terms and close sales transactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mazda's inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features.
Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing.
Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support.
Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks.
Address any questions or concerns customers may have, striving for satisfaction.
