Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to become an expert on vehicle offerings, available packages, and the latest technologies.
• Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Provide exceptional follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Effectively handle customer objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
