As we continue to grow, Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team! If you are a hard-working, motivated individual who wants to represent on the industry's leading brands, we would like to speak with you!

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
• Be an expert in the products you represent, able to full explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.
• Consistently seek vehicle and technology training.
• Work as a team player to ensure each client receives the best service possible.
