Our hands-on training program is built to help you learn the process step-by-step with real coaching, mentorship, and support from experienced team members who want to see you grow.

Requirements

Basic computer and technology skills
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening

Responsibilities

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
Build rapport and learn each customer's wants, needs, and budget
Present vehicle options that align with the customer's lifestyle
Demonstrate key vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, from initial conversation to final delivery
Maintain follow-up communication to build long-term customer relationships
Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training
Support a collaborative, team-focused sales environment
