Requirements

Available to work evenings & weekends

Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Skill in computers, basic software, and internet.
Ability to learn database management

Nice To Haves

Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.
Candidates with direct experience working as a Sales Consultant, Service Writer, Finance Manager or BDC Manager are encourage to apply, BUT NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Build relationships & create customers for life.
Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations
Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance
Followup with buyers to ensure referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
