About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals
  • Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives
  • Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes
