Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Professional appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Build real, long-term relationships with customers—before, during, and long after the sale
  • Guide buyers confidently through the full sales process
  • Match customers with Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles that fit their lifestyle and goals
  • Follow up with leads using phone, text, email, and CRM tools to turn interest into appointments
  • Close deals with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
  • Stay sharp by learning product updates, features, and incentives
  • Hit—and exceed—monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
