As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant , you will leverage your expertise and deep knowledge of the car-buying process to create positive experiences for our customers. You will guide potential buyers through the entire sales journey, utilizing your industry know-how to match them with the right vehicle, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. This is a commission-driven role where your experience and ability to close deals will directly impact your income, and your success will be rewarded.

Requirements

  • Proven Automotive Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Expert Product Knowledge: Overall broad knowledge of the automotive industry and ability to effectively communicate vehicle specifications and advantages.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate sales and close deals, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with dealership technology and CRM systems. Experience using sales platforms to manage leads, sales, and customer information is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen: Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
