Responsibilities

Develop enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and genuinely listening to their responses and needs.
Continue to develop product awareness to know the Ins and outs of all new vehicles to expertly assist customers.
Perform high quality and professional demonstrations of new & used inventory.
Overcome objections to thrive in sales situations resulting in closing sales.
Follow up with clientele to ensure a successful referral business.
Conducts the Vehicle Delivery to GM Standards.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews & analysis.
Exhibit a professional Leachman sales image by wearing Leachman Polo & Business Slacks.
Bring your “A-game” and positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Completes all required training courses
