Responsibilities

Guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, building trust and delivering value every step of the way
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
Introduce clients to digital tools for exploring vehicle options, features, and packages
Prepare and present vehicles for demonstrations, ensuring all technology features are fully functional (Bluetooth, navigation, hybrid systems, etc.)
Clearly explain vehicle performance, features, and benefits
Review and present optional equipment and upgrades
Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles across both brands
Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing strategies and model-specific options
Prepare personalized email communication ahead of appointments to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience
