About The Position

Subaru of Naples is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with experience in automotive sales to join our growing dealership team in Naples, Florida. This is a full-time automotive sales opportunity with strong earning potential, structured training, and long-term career growth within a third-generation, family-owned dealership group serving Southwest Florida for 58 years. Requirements

  • 1+ years of automotive sales
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through prospecting, walk-in traffic, and referral business

  • Deliver professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations on new and used Subaru vehicles
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Close automotive sales using a consultative sales approach
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and activity levels to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership objectives
