You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment , using the latest tools and technology to engage with customers and close deals.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required – We provide training!
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital retailing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Build relationships and follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
  • Provide video walkarounds and virtual appointments to engage customers
  • Ensure every appointment is prepared with the vehicle pulled up and ready to go
  • Work closely with sales managers and finance teams to finalize deals
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
