About The Position

Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) In this role, you will be the primary connection between our customers and their future vehicle. You’ll guide customers through the early stages of the buying process—answering questions about our dealership, available vehicles, and purchasing options—while delivering a professional and engaging customer experience. You’ll also gain hands-on knowledge of the latest vehicles and automotive technology. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-service-focused role
  • Strong dependability and attendance

  • Strong computer and CRM skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and schedule sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live-chat inquiries using established scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
  • Present preliminary financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule or who did not show for appointments
  • Maintain accurate and consistent CRM documentation daily
  • Participate in team meetings and process-improvement sessions
  • Build positive working relationships with sales teams and dealership leadership
