Automotive Business Development Representative
About The Position
We are currently looking for a motivated member to join our Business Development Center. Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. If you are looking to further your career with an established and respected automotive dealership organization, join our team at Haley Chevrolet of Midlothian as an Automotive BDC Representative. You will be directly responsible for monitoring follow ups with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and want to build a career as a BDC representative working with exciting new products, we look forward to talking with you.
Requirements
- Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent follow up skills
Nice To Haves
- previous customer service / BDC experience is preferred but not required
- Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments
- Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
