The Automotive Sales Specialist role is a full-time position focused on assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing and ownership process. This involves building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication, answering questions about products and services, and making customers feel welcome and supported. The role includes training on established systems to guide the sales process and daily planning.

Requirements

Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
Strong customer service mindset, effective communication skills, computer and social media skills
Self motivated - taking initiative to further your knowledge, skill, and career
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Attend daily sales meetings with your team at 9 A.M.
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
Keep a positive mindset in order to effectively assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
Be a team player, open minded, and open to change or direction from managers
Communicate to Sales Manager regarding objectives, reviews, customer communication, etc
Proper use of our CRM tool for all customer communications and notes
