About The Position
The Automotive Sales Associate at Shively Motors in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers
- Conduct test drives and accurately present vehicle options
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, financing options, and promotions
- Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork and data entry
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
