Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Learning new product, eager to improve
- Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Help people find the vehicle they need and love
- Learn product knowledge about different vehicle models and industry updates
- Perform professional demonstrations, vehicle walk-around, and test drives of new/used vehicles
- Build long term relationships and personal brand
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
- Complete daily tasks such as follow ups, prospecting, social media posts, and networking
- Keep the lot clean and organized
- Bring a positive attitude, be prepared to be productive, and be on time
Benefits
- Income Range: $30,000 to $150,000 Yearly
