Job Description: Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and assist them throughout the sales process. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product matches. Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to customers in an engaging and informative manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers as needed through our Customer Relation Management tool. Collaborate with the sales team and managers to achieve personal sales targets and company goals. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and our sales process to provide customers with accurate information and positive experiences. Present a positive image for our dealership and brand. Position Information: This is a full-time, exempt-status position. - Competitive pay and benefits package includes:
- Pay Range: Average annual compensation ranges between $80,000 to $120,000+ per year. No compensation cap.
- Pay Guarantee for the first 90 days.
