About The Position
Jim Barnard Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and professional Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Churchville, New York . This is a full-time opportunity to work with top-selling Chevrolet vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and earn a competitive income through base pay and commission. What You’ll Do: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly goals. Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and product offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records and attend ongoing training sessions.
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn dealership CRM software and vehicle details.
