About The Position

We’re looking for experienced automotive sales professionals for our Castle Hyundai and Genesis of Downers Grove. As an Automotive Sales Associate Hyundai/Genesis, you’ll build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you will help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience; specifically Hyundai/Genesis preferred
Proven track record of strong sales performance
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
