Requirements

Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to learn and eager to improve
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Phenomenal communication skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority
Know the ins and outs of all product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Perform high-quality, professional presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
