Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to learn and eager to improve
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Phenomenal communication skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority
  • Know the ins and outs of all product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
