Requirements

  • Driven, competitive, and money-motivated
  • Strong communicator with a professional presence
  • Willing to learn and take coaching
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
  • Help clients find the right vehicle and guide them through the process
  • Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles
  • Follow up on leads and appointments
  • Close deals and build repeat business
