A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Clear and Valid Driver's License

Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
Ability to work with little to no direction.
Effective communication skills
Basic mathematical aptitude
High reasoning comprehension

Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Learn the Sales Environment – Work closely with Sales Consultants and managers to understand how deals are made
Support the Team – Assist customers and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude
Master the Inventory – Move, organize, and track vehicles so you become familiar with the Mercedes Benz lineup
Prep Vehicles – Wash, vacuum, and prepare cars for display and delivery
Keep the Lot Sharp – Maintain a clean, professional lot and showroom
Step In Where Needed – Assist with dealer trades, deliveries, and other tasks
