Arrow Ford is looking for an experienced Recon Technician to join our high-volume operation. We sell a large number of preowned vehicles, so there’s no shortage of work and no ceiling on your hours or earning potential. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly inspect and diagnose incoming preowned inventory across all makes and models
  • Execute mechanical and electrical repairs with urgency while maintaining quality standards
  • Recondition vehicles end-to-end to retail-ready condition with minimal downtime
  • Consistently produce in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Identify and flag additional needed work immediately to maximize vehicle value and frontline readiness
  • Complete repair orders with accuracy, speed, and accountability—no comebacks
  • Stay ahead of production demands and hit aggressive turnaround targets
  • Work seamlessly with recon team, detail, body shop, and sales to keep inventory moving
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technical resources efficiently across multiple brands
  • Maintain a disciplined, organized, and safety-focused workspace
  • Take ownership of output, efficiency, and quality—this is a performance-driven role
