Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of reception experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers and answer phone calls promptly to create a positive first impression.
Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for efficient record keeping and data retrieval.
Support other employees by sharing knowledge and contributing to business process improvements.
Ensure maximum productivity, customer service, and cost control in daily activities.
Guide customers to the appropriate departments for assistance as needed.
Verify receipt of payments and permits using consistent tracking methods.
Maintain a reliable work schedule and punctuality to foster dependability for customers and team members.
Communicate effectively with management and complete assigned tasks professionally.
Operate with integrity and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Exemplify a positive attitude and professionalism, maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
