As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service department. You’ll listen, communicate, and coordinate — ensuring every customer receives transparent, efficient, and trustworthy service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer (dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills — both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Experience using dealership management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with professionalism and care, building trust through honest communication.
  • Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information in repair orders.
  • Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates.
  • Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments to ensure on-time completion.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — including delays or changes.
  • Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up and process payments.
  • Promote additional maintenance services based on inspection results and manufacturer guidelines (without high-pressure tactics).
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
