As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service department. You’ll listen, communicate, and coordinate — ensuring every customer receives transparent, efficient, and trustworthy service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills — both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Experience using dealership management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-Lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism and care, building trust through honest communication.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information in repair orders.
- Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates.
- Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments to ensure on-time completion.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — including delays or changes.
- Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up and process payments.
- Promote additional maintenance services based on inspection results and manufacturer guidelines (without high-pressure tactics).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.
