Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – able to break down roadblocks and push back when needed.
  • Proven ability to define problems, align teams, and present solutions to senior management.
  • Extensive experience with Stellantis development processes, milestones, and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mopar accessory programs.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing and assembly plant operations.
  • Knowledge of engineering requisition systems and budget tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute product plans on time and ensure program milestones are met.
  • Compile timelines, track status, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Escalate late parts/programs and coordinate recovery efforts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Mopar and Vehicle Teams.
  • Write and track engineering requisitions and bulletins.
  • Compile and monitor program budgets.
  • Lead meetings effectively and quarterback hot situations with clarity and calmness.

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
