About The Position
As an Automotive Product Specialist at Huntington Hyundai Genesis, you will be the go-to expert for helping customers explore, understand, and connect with our vehicles. You will educate and guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a pressure-free, informative, and enjoyable buying experience. From highlighting the latest features and technologies to supporting test drives, you will play a vital role in making each customer feel confident and informed in their vehicle decision. Your Impact: The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Customer Experience: Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs and preferences in a professional, engaging way Present and demonstrate vehicles, showcasing features, capabilities, and technologies Assist customers during test drives to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience Communicate with customers via email, text, and phone to provide product insights and answer inquiries Maintain awareness of competitors and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor Product Knowledge: Stay current on product knowledge, including new models, trims, and innovations Support the sales team by answering product-specific questions and providing detailed information Participate in training sessions, manufacturer product launches, and events Showroom & Operations: Help maintain showroom and vehicle display appearance and organization Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all customers
