Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated and performance driven

  • CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and used vehicles
  • Handle phone leads and inbound sales calls
  • Work directly with walk-in showroom customers
  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
  • Explain features, trims, technology, safety systems, and manufacturer warranties
  • Build rapport and follow up with prospective buyers via phone, text, and email using CRM tools
  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to financing
  • Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads to appointments and appointments to sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a high customer satisfaction rating
  • Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory
